Billing and account access

New workspaces start with a 14-day trial with no card required. Billing belongs to the workspace; profile and password settings belong to your personal account.

Choose a plan

Only workspace owners can manage billing.

  1. Open Account → Billing. On mobile, use Menu → Billing.
  2. Review the trial end date or current billing state.
  3. Choose Choose monthly or Choose annual when checkout is available.
  4. Complete checkout in Stripe, then return to the workspace.

The listed plans are $19 monthly or $190 yearly. Each includes three users and 5 GB of private storage. Review the checkout details before confirming payment. Stripe handles payment card details; SDM Workflow does not store card numbers.

Manage an existing subscription

Choose Manage Billing in Stripe when that button is available to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel. A normal cancellation keeps access through the subscription's paid-through date. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

If Billing shows Pending, allow payment confirmation to complete and refresh. If it shows Past Due, open Manage Billing to address the payment issue. Avoid starting a second checkout because a confirmation is delayed.

When the workspace becomes read-only

When both the trial and paid access have ended, records remain viewable but operational changes are blocked. An owner can choose a plan or resolve billing to restore access. A suspended workspace requires Contact Support, even if a payment is made.

Manage your personal account

Use Account → Profile & Account for profile details, password controls, and notification preferences. Changing a project owner or a workspace role does not change your personal sign-in credentials.

Use Password and invitation help if you cannot sign in. For a refund, use Billing → Request a refund and read Refunds and subscription cancellations.
